Please sync kid3 3.0.2-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
3.0.2-2 re-introduced kid3-qt and added kid3-core, which don't depend on KDE libraries, so it benefits non-KDE environments also.
