Bug Description
build 212 on Nexus 4
Was testing phone calls and speakerphone. When placing a call on speakerphone the volume is very low. Even when adjusting the volume to max, it's still barely audible out of the speaker.

This is a regression (4.4.2 related), was working fine with 4.2.2.
