Bug Description
I ran a ticket successfully through the entire process on r288. At the end, I checked on the webui and there was no ticket number referenced, just a line that said: "No results found". I'm guessing this means that it couldn't find any tickets.
However, when a new job is in the queue, it does show it in the webui with all the expected fields.

i'm putting this in the backlog for now. You can always view a ticket by passing its id to into the url like:
http://<webui> /ticket. html?ticket_ id=<ticket_ id>
That's a bad answer, but creating the new view is probably painful
