Unable to add Facebook account when Facebook 'Login Notifications' is enabled

When Facebook's 'Login Notifications' (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security&section=notifications&view) are enabled, the online accounts Facebook login fails.

After hitting 'Add account...' I am able to enter my email and password, and upon hitting Facebook's 'log In' button, I am taken to Facebook's 'Remember Browser' page (as expected). Selecting either 'Save Browser' or 'Don't Save' results in the webview displaying (what appears to be) the source of the next page (where I'd grant Ubuntu permission to read my details, contacts, etc.), with there being no way to continue.

Confirming this as it happens to me while trying to add my facebook account

I tried this on Utopic 161. The account setup process has an extra step when login notifications are enabled, but otherwise I get the same results as with that setting disabled. In either case, I launch the facebook app and it still asks me for username and password, as if I hadn't set up the account at all -- because it's a web app and doesn't use the global account settings.

IIRC, this setting is only used by the Friends app, which was removed.

So, not sure this issue is relevant any more even if it might not be fixed yet.

On further testing, it seems that the 'share' function in the gallery uses this account setting, and it appears to work even after enabling the login notifications option. (enabled login notifications, configured account on the phone, went to gallery, hit share... the facebook login part seems to work, but it has been spinning the progress animation for a few minutes trying to actually complete the upload)
