Bug Description
The branch source builder has some hardcoded values to use a specific destination PPA and series. These need to be removed to use the values specified in the config file.

Also, master_ppa should probably default to something under $CI_LAUNCHPAD_USER. Right now builds happen under $CI_LAUNCHPAD_USER but get published to the ci-engineering-
