Bug Description
Currently we are using some customized and one backported third-party package.
This packages are stored in the 'OpenQuake Latest Master Packages' where are stored our 'latest master' oq-* packages when are builded correctly and all tests pass.
To avoid clashes creating separated local repository on CI to use as customized packages repository during CI builds.
