Bug Description
Once an alarm has initially been created in the Clock app it can not be disabled.
To reproduce:
1. Navigate to Alarm tab
2. Open toolbar and select "Add alarm"
3. Set alarm to a time in the future
4. Turn on "Repeats"
5. Open toolbar and select "Save"
6. Set the alarm to disable by clicking the checkbox next to the new alarm
7. Go to the pull down settings menu for Upcoming and note that the newly created alarm is still enabled
Result: Step 6 seems to allow the alarm to be disabled via the clock app (for reoccurring alarms) but Step 7 indicates that the alarm is still active.
Expected results: Turning off the alarm in Step 6 should also disable the actual alarm.

I feel this may not be a duplicate, because you actually can disable the alarm (switch does toggle)... it just does not have an affect on the actual alarm.
