Bug Description
There was a change made that specified OVS can be configured with the vSphere driver. The change is the following:

"The OpenStack Networking Service. If you use OVS as the l2 agent, create a port group with the same name as the DEFAULT.
This is actually incorrect since with the OVS configuration above, all VMs would be placed in a single port group and any Neutron configuration would not function properly. The line above about OVS configuration should be removed.
