Bug Description
Currently the default theme has enough contrast to meet the WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standard, but other themes still need work. It would be good if all included themes could be brought up to the AA standard, with one or more at AAA (perhaps the Raw theme or a new High contrast theme)
