Need to check filename text box for valid filename (not just a directory).

Bug Description
I downloaded Win32DiskImager (I am using Win7), unzipped it and double clicked on the .exe file to start it. OK so far.
I want to back up my Raspberry Pi NOOBS SD Card into a file on my laptop.
Put my the NOOBS SD Card into the SD card slot of the laptop (it appears as Drive G:).
Created a folder into which to copy the files from the SD Card. The path to that folder is D:\Barrie\
In answer to "Are you sure you want to overwrite the specified file?" clicked on "Yes".
Then got "File Error: An error occurred when attempting to get a handle on the file. Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified."
What I am doing wrong please?
