Missing seed data: Enable combined search for subject class by default

Combined search should be enabled by default for the subject class, according to this commit:

SQL upgrade 0790 sets config.metabib_class.combined to true for the 'subject' class, and the 2.3->2.4 version upgrade script includes 0790. However, the update is missing from the seed data, so it won't be set correctly in a clean EG install.
