Request for NetAPP CI service account

I am requesting a gerrit service account for NetApp to perform 3rd party testing. The details are as follows:

username: netapp-ci
Long name: NetApp CI

ssh key is attached

The initial connectivity tests are failing. Issue seems to be with public key. Although I can see NetApp CI appearing with a -1 on sandbox.

The NetApp CI system account should not be trying to submit changes for review, only voting on existing changes. If you want to submit a new change you need to do so with an individual contributor account, not a system account.
