Bug Description

In several places in the Puppetfile, refs are used that include the remote name, but this is unnecessary. Additionally, this breaks processing of the Puppetfile by r10k.

For example:

[R10K::TaskRunner - ERROR] Task #<R10K::Task::Module::Sync:0x7f85e3014b98> failed while running: Could not locate hash "origin/havana" in repository at /root/.r10k/git/git---github.com-CiscoSystems-puppet-boolean. (Does the remote repository need to be updated?)
