Bug Description

FFe needed for stable plplot 5.10.0 release. According to
http://sourceforge.net/p/plplot/news/?source=navbar
5.10.0 is the first stable release since some time. Our current package is from 2011-10-13.
The new release build using octave-3.8, lua5.2 and tcl8.6 out of the box.

Current issues:
 - octave tests hang (disabled for now)
 - build error on i386 (doc build)

Seeing as plplot 5.10.0-0ubuntu5 made it into Ubuntu 14.04, I believe this issue can be closed.
