No pop-up for clickable notifications if node were deleted with env

1. Reset deployed environment with few nodes.
Clickable notifications will appear that nodes were back online.
2. Delete the env with it's nodes.
Actual result: we have clickable notifications on UI, but click give us nothing, no pop-ups. Cause nodes is not rediscovered.

In order of suggestion: not to display notification as clickable, if it doesn't have data-node attribute
