Thank you jonathan jennings for submitting this report.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately we can't
fix it, because your description didn't include enough information.

* Please describe which is the problem.
* Which are the specific steps or actions we have to do to reproduce the
* problem.
* Describe also the behavior you expected and the behavior you encounter
* as in much detail as possible.

If the problem you have produce a crash, could you please try to obtain
a backtrace by following the instructions on [1], or upload the crash
report that probably was generated during the crash and that should be
located at /var/crash/ to [2].

Please indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled; and if
this crash is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it (it is
very important for us to have a test case for each crash).

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks in advance.

H. Montoliu

Hello, thanks for taking on my report..i'm practicly new at this linux enviroment (almost 5 months) and i hadn't have problem so far.. well the thing is that sometimes, when i close the firefox y restarts me session in kubuntu :S i don't really know why it does that.. don't know if it happens only in my computer or if it's a general bug. To reproduce it (if it's a genereal bug) you just have to open firefox, visit some sites and press the X buttom placed at the right top of the window to close the explorer. that's how it worked. Doing that, the firefox was espected to close, but it restarts the session insted. this is all i can add to the info i sent before.. sorry if it's not much.. :$ i hope you can help me with this soon,if not, thanks anyway. BYE.

Thank you jonathan for your feedback,

could you please check if at /var/crash do you have a file called _usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash? If so, please upload it to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/128433/+addcomment so we will be able to retrace the crash with debug symbols to see what is happening.

TIA
