Launchpad reporting that a file was changed in a revision where it wasn't.

Look at http://goo.gl/TbLgDB and you will see that LP says 'webui.js' was
changed in revno 240. If you click to view revno 240, no where does it say
that the file was changed.

This is reproducible with 'bzr log webui/webui.js', but not with 'bzr log -v webui/webui.js'.

It is modified in r221.1.3 though, which is off on the right hand side of the r240 merge. So that may be more a matter of definition of what should be shown, than a strictly-speaking bug.

Note that the -v case may misleading, since log -v is broken sometimes; x-ref bug 1072513.
