Bug Description
My brother has installed Ubuntu and loves it, but his MP3 player doesn't work. It mounts ok, but Rhythmbox does not detect it, or list it as supported, and When i look at the files on the drive, it simply has the Lyra_settings folder, no music folders visible at all.
it is an RCA H100A 4GB model.
Can someone help and show him some Ubuntu love? This Issue is primarily related to BUG #1.
~Thank you
