Firefox and other browsers segfault

Bug Description

The bug is with some other package but symptoms manifest with Firefox
Since a recent update, Firefox segfaults:

$ firefox

(process:25367): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_slice_set_config: assertion 'sys_page_size == 0' failed
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

It happens each and every time firefox is run.

"Please don't assume that everybody else will be able to reproduce your crash, just because you experience the issue. All crash reports must be submitted with a complete stacktrace and a description of the steps required to trigger the crash (if it is reproducible). Bug reports which tell us that the application crashes without any other technical information about the crash (ie, a complete stacktrace) are not very useful. "

Safe mode also segfaults:

$ firefox -safe-mode

It segfaults even in the Live Session as of the 2014-03-07 image for amd64+mac
