if use command: kcmshell4 kcm_driver_manager

And click in ok, interface disappears.

If you click ok the interface disappears and the installation is done in the background.

If you click the apply operation is applied without leaving the interface, the correct way.

Yes, this is intended, all KCM's will do this since Ok is the equivalent to Apply + Close. This is not something that I can solve inside the KCM
