Bug Description
install Ubuntu version 206 from trusty-proposal on Flo. Set language to Simp Chinese
launch message app and compose a message.
keyboard shows only white blank. no character. no Chinese character show up with blandly click keyboard too.

ubuntu-keyboard dev branch with some manual tuning works good.
