Bug Description

We need subject heading pages, just like we have for authors.

Step 1: webchick should design a look for the page. After this, assign to dbg to modify the import scripts to support this.

This is part of the Scan-on-Demand BPL launch page that is slated for 1.7 - and should be integrate in other areas of the site.

this seems like a ui-revisit deliverable, but is also related to the may-release (May Feature Release) according to our roadmap - so I am filing it here. Examining how collections work and subject browsing are closely related (LCSH is a type of collection).

We have subject pages on upstream and subjects links on author pages. Subjects are being added to works. The subjects aren't proper pages yet, you can't edit them or add more detail.
