Forgot to add gui->flag_use_window_transparency option to default_config.ini.cmake???
No gui->flag_use_window_transparency option in the file config.ini
And how about make this setting editable in the gui???

No editable via GUI, sorry. gui/flag_use_window_transparency = true by default, if you want disable transparency, then edit config.ini
