Bug Description
When configuring a new CCD in the oculars plugin the values stored in the configuration file do not correspond to the input completely:
- The pixel width and height are always stored as the same number regardless of whether the actual pixels are square or not.
- The chip sizes seem to be ignored if they are "too different" from the corresponding pixel size.

Can you check this issue at 0.13.0 alpha? I think we already fix it.
