Bug Description
When using a webapp in the default window size, the font size is too small. When I re-size the window (such as maximizing it) the font size is then too large. I would have expected the same sizing policy that Firefox or Chromium uses.

It seems the font size is highly dependend on the size of the window, which I guess is some kind of mobile feature that bled into the desktop. Probably need to fix this at the browser level.
