linux-generic-lts-raring cannot be installed on a i386 system with amd64 kernel because of a dependency problem.

linux-headers-*-generic:amd64 depends on linux-headers-3.8.0-36:amd64, whereas linux-headers-3.8.0-36 has architecure "all". As it seems, the dependency should be "linux-headers-3.8.0-36:amd64 | linux-headers-3.8.0-36:all".
