Logging bug here as initially it seems it has to do with the openvswitch-
The Quantum agent from the Cloud Archive for Grizzly wont start if using the 3.8 hwe kernel in precise and the openvswitch-
This used to work a couple of months ago. Tried in different physical and virtual machines with the same result:
