Grizzly quantum agent with openvswitch-datapath-lts-raring-dkms fails to start

Logging bug here as initially it seems it has to do with the openvswitch-datapath-lts-raring-dkms but can't confirm it yet.

The Quantum agent from the Cloud Archive for Grizzly wont start if using the 3.8 hwe kernel in precise and the openvswitch-datapath-lts-raring-dkms.

This used to work a couple of months ago. Tried in different physical and virtual machines with the same result:
