Performance degradation on Horizon UI

Bug Description

Pre-condition: Have 25 users operating in parallel for 24 hours.
Stress the UI with 25 parallel user logins. The script just navigates through various web pages on Horizon UI iteratively and records the page load time. The concern with is the rise in response time over 24 hours of run (~200%).

Please find attached the graph of average page load response time of Horizon UI components over 24-odd hours, which is gradually rising by upto 150%.
We use HP Load Runner scripts to stress the UI.

This bug was last updated nearly 3 years ago. It may have been
addressed by bug fixes in the notes above, and since there is
no easy way for devs to reproduce this, it is getting marked
as Invalid. If the issue still exists, please feel free
to reopen it.
