Bug Description

Debian Java policy <http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/java-policy/x105.html> states that java libraries go in /usr/share/java. libswt3.2-gtk-java installs to /usr/lib/java, breaking the build of (at least) Azureus.

So actually this is a case where Debian policy is wrong. swt-gtk.jar is different on 32- & 64-bit archs, so is arch dependent and hence goes in /usr/lib/java.
