    Fixes small typo in Admin Guide

    As reported in LP#1281422, small typo error. This
    patch fixes that.

While I respect your willingness to help the community out by fixing bugs in the future I would appreciate being asked before you re-assign bugs to yourself that are assigned to me even if I am the creator of the bug.

This was discovered by Jackie Heitzer who was learning how to use the gerrit review system for her first commit and was assigned to me since I had issues assigning her via email. You can see by the following line that I was trying to directly assign to her "assignee jackie-heitzer".

I will give you the benefit of the doubt as I am sure you were trying to be helpful but in the future if something is assigned to me/anyone else could you please just drop a line and ask if you can re-assign to yourself before doing so? Thank you very much!

My apologies - I was just trying to clear out some low hanging fruit. As you were the creator/reporter *and* the assignee this was a simple misunderstanding. I wish your colleagues success in becoming a contributor to OpenStack.
