[Tablet] Cannot do hourly scrolling

In the latest "conditional-weather" branch, when scrolling vertically, we've lost the ability to do hourly scrolling. Instead, day scrolling happens. Given the fact that days can now be switched in tablet mode by clicking on the list on the right pane, it seems we've got two patterns for the same purpose. I'd suggest to bring back hourly scrolling and remove day scrolling.

Hi David,

I would keep both daily and hourly scrolling the right pane, so the pattern already used on the phone won't be broken. The right pane is added as additional possibility.

Also it would be possible to sroll with the left thumb on the tablet, which would be on a tablet quite convenient, I think.

Ok, then let's go for that. I've synced with Andrea to put the scrolling in the final design for MWC. That is:

1. Vertical swipe to do day scrolling
2. Vertical swipe and hold to do hourly scrolling

Another reason I filed the bug for was because hourly scrolling (2.) doesn't seem to work on the desktop. If someone could verify that it still works on a Nexus 10 or a Nexus 7 in landscape mode, that'd be great.

Hourly scrolling isn't implemented now for desktop, but it will at MWC. It's a small task.
