cleanup does not work in LxcProvider

Bug Description

When calling rally deployment destroy I got this error:

DeploymentIsBusy: There are allocated resources for the deployment with uuid=85530......

    Fix cleanup in LxcProvider

    LxcProvider should call destroy_servers method of host_provider.
