Fail to install grub dummy

Only error message is that grub dummy failed to install.

I was trying to install on /dev/sda, with a fairly simple partition scheme ( / on /dev/sda1, swap on /dev/sda2, extended partition on /dev/sda4 and a data partiton on /dev/sda5)

THis is in UbiquitySyslog.txt (attached), seems relevant but I do not know how to further troubleshoot the issue
