Bug Description

There is graphical representation of current frequency in indicator-cpufreq. But it is not accurate, you can't easily tell what current frequency is, and sometimes it is really required. It would be nice also, if this indicator provided information as of what frequency exactly is currently selected. As good as I understand, indicator api does not support tooltips, but you could add some sign (such as asterisk, for instance) after the current frequency in frequency list, and update it if it changes (just the way indicator-multiload does it).

Igor, try running 'indicator-cpufreq -f'. This should solve your issue (please close the bug if it does).

Okay, that's nice, but I'd prefer to see an option to enable/disable this feature.

Well, the option is currently provided as a command-line argument. Can you describe what you want more specifically?

Add horizontal line below governor list and below it an option: "Display current frequency" with a checkbox. Similar to network manager's options in dropdown menu (how you can enable/disable networking). It would be nice to remember this option between sessions, while command-line option should take precedence, of course.
