Resizing calendar window does not resize tiles

Brief summary:
When resizing the calendar window the "day tiles" do not resize and do not get bigger.

What I did:
1. "Show calendar"
2. Resize window or maximize it
3. The boxes where the items are in do not get resized and stay small

What to expect:
I would expect that the small boxes with the calendar items do get resized proportionally with the size of the parent window.

Benefit:
Much better overview with many calendar items, especially with long names on big screens and even with 1920x1080p resolution.

There is a similar problem with "small" screens: you can't see the entire window if you use _x768 resolutions (1024x768 or 1366x768).

This fixes the issue with small (< 1200x800) screens, as well as this bug, I think (the window is now freely resizable, and the tiles stretch to fill the available space).

my netbook works on 1024x600 and resizing doesnt work.
appas brunch looks nice

so sad to see cool projects blocked because the original developer abandoned and doesn't even merge back branches with fixes... I got this branch of Appas working, but it's hard to install and hard to execute :(
