not sure what's going on.

on resume my wired bonded networking was busted (I had to reboot to get it back)

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.13 kernel[0].

same problem on my lenovo,
bypass is to kill the network manager with command: "sudo killall NetworkManager".
The daemon re-starts and the network is restored.
