Bug Description
selecting a keyboard layout differing to the locale leads to a wrong x keyboard
configuration. select english language, german time zone, german keyboard on
install. the xorg.conf still lists the keyboard of the locale, not the keyboard
configured at installation time.

Hopefully we will get Konstantinos's localisation-config work in for Hoary (as
in, taking the logic and transplanting it into xorg's debconfiscation).
