Maintenance: Actively maintained upstream and at Debian, Desktop Team also have an eye on it.

- Why no symbols file? The package goes so far as to silence a lintian warning about it.
- The following warning doesn't really matter, since the package manually has multiarch-support in Pre-Depends, but it's better to do it automatically.

Blockers:
- Should use --enable-tests to run its tests.
- Needs a team bug subscriber.

1. symbols file is added in git
2. Pre-Depends switched to dh magic
3. Desktop Team has subscribed to the package
4. --enable-tests cannot be used because it always fails for current version, but I'm reporting it to upstream to see if we can get it working next version.

Do you think this suffice? If so I'd like to go with an upload.
