Bug Description
subversion is neither the recommend nor the preferred nor the common version control system for kde development. unless a developer also does artwork(oxygen), translation(l10n) or admin older parts of the kde web sites (www) they will not ever need to use subversion.
for third party developers additionally subversion is completely useless because you need to get a server somewhere, while git (the default) can be used just fine locally without a server making it useful regardless.
subversion should be demoted to suggests.
