Bug Description
1. Decide you want to translate gnome-app-install in Ubuntu.
2. Find your way to <https:/
3. Choose the top result, "gnome-
4. From the source package page, click "Translations".
What happens: Nothing. Distribution source packages have no Translations page, so the Translations tab is unavailable.
What should happen: Distribution source packages should have a Translations page, summarizing how thoroughly they have been translated in each distribution series, and pointing you to the recommended series for translating.
This bug should be solved after the code cleanup from bug 512735

Should we use a similar language stats as the one displayed for a specific distroseries ?
Ex : https:/ /translations. edge.launchpad. net/ubuntu/ karmic/ +source/ software- center
We can list all active series.
The recommend translation should be listed first with a note that its the current translation focus.
The other series should have a note about how often are the new language pack released for them.
