X.org fails to startup after hardware change

Bug Description
Xfree86/X.org fail to start when the user change some of his hardware, specially
when change his videocard with another one that need a different X
driver. Some important problem could also appear on monitor and mouse
change and other sensible X hardware. This is a big issue for newbie
users because the system lack in an usable status (only console is available).
