Bug Description
NTNU reports that the "Permissions" tab of alert profiles is missing in NAV 3.15.
The templates reveal the intention is to display this tab only to users with administrative privileges, but none of the views appear to set the context variable that toggles this (is_admin).
It is unclear how long this bug has been present - NTNU is likely one of the few installations that don't give admin rights to all users anyway, and they have been stuck on an ancient version of NAV for several years.
