*steps*
- create environment
- add nodes 1 controller, 1 compute
- deploy environment
- turn off nodes

*result*
nodes do not go offline but they were turned off

Yes. I ve just power off a machine or destroy it using virsh tool

I have successful deployed environment (CentOS, simple mode) with Ceph.
I power off controller node. This node has gone away and has status 'offline'
