Be more specific. The Xorg log does not show any issues (other than the fact that you're using a third-party driver from oibaf's PPA that isn't supported by a bug report on this site...).

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Debugging
At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

Thanks!

1 updated to 13.10 and removed graphic card after problems developing .
2 i used the intel graphics installer for linux to load drivers and expected them to load .
3 run system test and expected to see the driver working ..instead i get this message "graphics/driver_version FAILED ERROR: No video driver loaded! Possibly in failsafe mode! "

also checked in software updater and no drivers listed to choose from .

yes i rebooted the machine .

You still have nvidia proprietary drivers installed. Try removing them:
nvidia-304, 304.88, 3.11.0-13-generic, i686: installed
 nvidia-304, 304.88, 3.11.0-14-generic, i686: installed

So you had nvidia-173 installed as well??? Sigh...

Converting to a question since you have all kinds of third-party and conflicting drivers installed, and your changes are unsupported by Canonical. Quite frankly, it seems you mucked up the system and it's beyond my personal level of patience to help you straighten it out

Good luck.
