Alt key in Libre Office does not work

Bug Description

When I want use the alt key to open menu line, it doesn't work.

Please provide full information on versions: Ubuntu release, full LibreOffice package version or use apport to help you with this.

Ubuntu release 13.10

Libre Office 4.1.5.3 and with previous version to (I don't remember version, 4.1.3.2 I think, if it exist)

Same problem on Lubuntu 14.04 LXDE front end.
