cant boot lowlatency kernel

even with the -8-lowlatency i cant get my computer to boot up.
the 8-generic works.

Hi,
  You don't say what happens when your computer doesn't boot:
      - please describe at what stage it stops - what's visible on the screen?
      - does it work if you boot it in recovery mode?

plymouth loads every time
after this its just luck what else starts.. sometimes it will load until cups, but somethinges nothing happends right after the plymouth screen

no its just the same.. after a random value of secounds it just stops

if i wait long anouth there will come up a message "BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s!" or something like this. i cant do SysRq or anything else.
