Make email notification work for the skycastle wiki

Email notification is needed if we want to require registering before editing. It's also needed to be able to quickly clean up spam, and to follow discussions.

It's tricky to do on sourceforge, needs a cron task to be set up to send the emails, as mediawiki can not send them directly.

We moved the wiki to nearlyfreespeech.net, and there email works out of the box with mediawiki.
