Task switcher not shown over some apps in full screen mode

After turning Chromium or IntelliJ IDEA into full screen mode, trying to switch to other task with Alt-Tab does not shows the switcher. The switching itself works OK.

Can't. Seem to work in 14.10.

My issue is exactly the same noted at the original description.

Applications running in full screen mode, causing that bug:
- Chromium Version 45.0.2454.101 Ubuntu 15.10 (64-bit)
- IntelliJ IDEA 15.0 (but the same happens with other JetBrains IDEs)

One thing that I've noticed is that just opening IntelliJ and making it full screen, doesn't trigger this bug.

But if I open a second project in intelliJ (in a new window) and make it full screen as well, then switch to another application and switch back to IntelliJ, this will trigger the bug and break the switcher.

Chromium has similar behavior, usually the bug happens when I open a second Chromium window in fullscreen.

I'm also using 2 monitors, not sure if this is related.
