Bug Description

Jibot has done a good job of announcing our names and retrieving information for us, among other things. However, it has been unreliable recently, and we could probably use an IRC bot more tailored to our needs anyway.

Can we get a jibot replacement that has jibot's functionality, for starters? Then we can tell termie to take jibot out of our channel, and modify our bot more heavily.

This isn't terribly urgent, especially if jibot comes back and stops taking long leaves of absence.
