.eng trainset disappears when recalled

If some .eng trainsets are not at the beginning of a consist and if their .s file has some features (I don't know which ones), they disappear if the train goes at a certain distance from the camera, and then the camera catches the train again.
If instead its .s file is a standard one (e.g. acela's) or if the .eng trainset is at the beginning of the consist, such trainset does not disappear.
